Unavailability
From time to time information that would normally be available through the site (including supplier's catalogs) may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. The Owner, and the Service Provider expressly excludes liability to any User of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of the Owner or the Service Provider.

Pricing
Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an “invitation to treat” rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email merely acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually.

Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

ACE Embroidery reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up-to-date, it is possible at times it may be out-of-date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as a guide rather than as an offer to provide products/services at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order.

Time frames

Once you sign off on your artwork we begin production. An average job will take around 3-6 weeks to complete. If you have a deadline, please contact us to see if we can rush the job through for you.

Payment and delivery

For orders under $1500, we only require payment after your product is made, before it is despatched.

For all orders over $1500, we require a 50 % deposit before production begins.

Garment Samples

Garment samples are available if you wish to see and/or try-on a product before purchasing a quantity of embroidered apparel.

Once a quote has been issued, you can order blank samples under the following conditions:

  • All samples must be purchased at full price plus a delivery fee.
  • Discounts will not be acknowledged for samples.
  • We can not adjust cost when a sample has been done.
  • Samples will not be dispatched until invoiced and fully paid for.
  • If you decide to return them you have to pay the full cost of postage from the supplier.
  • You must return the item in the same packaging, otherwise the supplier will not take them back.
  • There is a 7 days return policy for the goods in good condition minus the delivery fees.

Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing by either the customer or ACE Embroidery. Orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Embroidered items can be returned if the item is defective. In such cases, ACE Embroidery will replace the item at no additional cost. If you have any problems with products, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Garments that are embroidered cannot be returned or exchanged because the wrong size was ordered.
