We recently held a family reunion and chose cotton caps to give as a memento of the occasion. Caroline responsed positively to our request for a small, and particular order (35 caps in 2 different colours and embroidery colours) within an hour or so and was extremely helpful! We felt like we had her undivided attention to our order.

The design of the caps came out better than we had hoped for, and were delivered to a remote Western Queensland property earlier than expected. There was no waiting around for communication from Caroline and her team.

The caps were a great hit with all the family! We would absolutely use ACE again for our personalised merchandise needs.

Also - a comment on the quality and fit of the cotton caps we ordered. Excellent!!! Great quality and fit for both men and women. Great proportion between the brim length and cap fit and it suited everyone in our family. I found this very hard to find in the past!

During the recent floods of 2011 we required some urgent embroidery done on some safety vests for volunteers to help out and visit some flood victims. We requested embroidery on Wednesday lunchtime and I was able to collect the 26 embroidered safety vests that following Friday morning.

Well, the shirts were certainly a success at the Show – as was our stallion (1st place in 2 events!!).
